What am I tolerating?
We humans sure have learned how to tolerate a lot! We put up with, accept, take on and are dragged down by people's behavior, situations, unmet needs, and problems. We even tolerate our own behavior.
Do you have to do anything about them? No, not really. Just by becoming aware of, and articulating them will bring them to the forefront of your soul. Once aware, you'll naturally start handling, eliminating, and resolving these tolerations.
Please take some time to write down the things you feel you are tolerating in the space below. List at least 10 things you believe you tolerate in your life. After completing the list of 10 tolerations, please answer the subsequent questions.
